Our Meatloaf is hearty and ready ti fill your crew up with home-cooked goodness. There are tons of ways to make a complete meal around meatloaf: but why not get creative with it? Try our Mango Salsa as a topper, for example. Or if you are in the mood of something more traditional, Mashed Yuca is a perfect fit.
Cooking Instruction from frozen: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake covered for 50 minutes. Top Meatloaf with PassionFruit Sauce and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy!
Ingredients: 20Lbs Ground Beef, 4 Cups Millz, 12 Eggs, 1 Can Soda Craclzers, 1/2 cup salt, 11/4 cup Adobo, 3 1 /2 cups Worcestershire, 5 cups Sofrito, 12 paclzs Sazon, Diced Onion, Diced mixed colored peppers, Diced carrots
